HeadshotForge turns 1–4 phone selfies into professional headshots. This policy explains what we collect to do that, why we need it, how long we keep it and who processes it. Uploads are deleted after 7 days, photos are never used to train models, and you can ask us to delete the rest at any time.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what happens to the information you give HeadshotForge when you use the site and order headshots. It covers headshot.aigenhub.us and the emails we send you.
What we collect
- The selfies you upload — one to four photos — used only to generate your headshots.
- The style and pack you choose, so the order is generated the way you asked.
- Your email address, so we can send your headshots and receipt, and reply to you.
- Order and payment details from Stripe: amount, currency, order status and a payment reference. Your card number is entered on Stripe's checkout and never reaches our servers.
- A coarse location signal — the country and currency your connection appears to come from — used only to show local prices.
- Analytics events on the production site, recorded by Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, wizard steps and completed purchases.

Sign-in and accounts
You do not create an account to use the wizard. Sign-in is anonymous, through Firebase Anonymous Auth, which gives the wizard a temporary identifier so an order can be tracked. No password is set and no profile is created.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded selfies are deleted from storage after 7 days.
- Generated headshots and order records are kept only while we need them for delivery, refunds, support or payment records.
- Analytics data is held by Google Analytics under the retention period on our property.
- You can ask us to delete the rest of your order data, unless we must keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.
Who processes your information
This is the list of providers that handle your information. Each one sees only what it needs.

Photos and model training
Your selfies are used only to generate the headshots you ordered, and they are never used to train models. We do not sell your information. Generated images are labelled as AI-generated.
Cookies and analytics
The production site runs Google Analytics 4 so we can see which pages and wizard steps are used. Blocking cookies or analytics changes nothing about your order.
Marketing email
A marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it records the opt-out and we stop sending marketing messages to that address. Order and receipt emails are not marketing and still arrive.
Children
HeadshotForge is intended for adults; you must be 18 or over to order. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a young person has used the service, write to us and we will delete that order's data.
Your rights and how to use them
Write to headshot-pro@aigenhub.us to make a request. Because the wizard creates no account, we match a request to an order using the checkout email address. We answer every request, and where we cannot do what you ask, we say why.
- Ask what we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your selfies, headshots and order data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
- Object to processing, or ask us to restrict it, where the law gives you that right.
Changes to this policy
When we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top of it.

- No. Sign-in for the wizard is anonymous, so there is no account, no password and no profile.
- Does anyone at HeadshotForge see my card number?
- No. Payments run through Stripe and card details go straight to Stripe. We receive only the reference, amount and payment status.
- Is the site tracked while I use it?
- The production site runs Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which wizard steps are used. Blocking it does not affect your order.
- How do I stop marketing emails?
- Use the one-click unsubscribe link in any marketing email. The opt-out is recorded, and order and receipt emails still arrive.
