These terms apply to your use of HeadshotForge, an AI headshot generator. They explain what the service does, who may use it, the one-time prices, the refund policy and the licence you get for your headshots. They also set out the limits of our promises. Placing an order means you accept them.

What the service is

HeadshotForge is an AI headshot generator. You upload one to four phone selfies, choose a style, pay once and receive professional-looking headshots by email.

The images are produced by AI models, not by a photographer. They change lighting, framing, background and wardrobe. They do not change your face or your identity.

Who may use it

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have the right to use every photo you upload, including permission from anyone else who appears in it.
  • You must not upload unlawful or abusive content, or anything you do not have the rights to use.
  • You must keep access to the email address used at checkout, because that is where your headshots are delivered.

Price and payment

Every order is a one-time payment. Basic costs $2.99 for 1–3 headshots. Standard costs $5.99 for 4–5 headshots or an HD/4K upgrade. Premium costs $9.99 for 6–7 headshots.

There is no subscription, no renewal and no credit balance; nothing is charged again after your order.

Payments are handled by Stripe and card details never reach our servers. The checkout amount is the amount charged.

Refunds

If the headshots are not what you expected, write to headshot-pro@aigenhub.us and we will refund the order in full. A short note is enough; you do not need to build a case.

Include the checkout email and your payment reference so we can find the order. Refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method.

This policy sits alongside any consumer rights that apply to you and does not replace them.

Your photos and the licence you receive

  • You keep ownership of your selfies and your likeness. You give us permission to store and process them only to generate and deliver your headshots.
  • We grant you the right to use the delivered headshots for any lawful purpose. That includes a CV, a LinkedIn profile or a company website.
  • You may edit, crop and print the headshots, and we do not use them in our own marketing without asking you first.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload photos of another adult without their permission, and never upload photos of anyone under 18.
  • Do not use the service to impersonate someone or to misrepresent who you are.
  • Do not use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or to harass or defame anyone.
  • Do not bypass payment, scrape the site, or copy the styles into a competing service.
  • Do not remove the AI-generated label applied to your images.

AI output: what we do and do not promise

The headshots are generated, not photographed, and they depend on the selfies you provide. Sharper, better-lit selfies produce better results.

Small details may not match reality: hair, glasses and garment detail can differ from what you were wearing. A headshot does not guarantee an interview or a sale.

These images are not made for passports, visas, identity documents or any application that requires a photograph taken under official rules.

Intellectual property

The site, its text and its styles belong to the operator of HeadshotForge. The AI models we use come from third parties under their own terms.

Your licence covers the headshots you receive, not reselling our styles as your own product.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

We may add or remove styles, change prices for future orders or stop offering the service. Changes never apply to an order you have already paid for. We change the date at the top of this page when we update these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income, arising from how you use the headshots.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply at the operator's registered place of business.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest of them still apply.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the headshots after I pay?
You own your selfies and your likeness, and we do not claim ownership of the headshots we deliver. You may use them for lawful personal or business purposes.
Can I use my headshots for work and marketing?
Yes. A CV, a LinkedIn profile, a company website or a paid advertisement are all fine, as long as the use is lawful.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time payment of $2.99, $5.99 or $9.99. There is no renewal and nothing to cancel.
What is the refund policy?
Write to headshot-pro@aigenhub.us with your checkout email and payment reference and we refund the order in full.
Can I upload a photo of a colleague or a friend?
Only with their permission, and only if they are 18 or over.
Can I use these headshots for a passport or visa application?
No. The images are AI-generated and are not intended for identity documents or applications that require a photograph taken under official rules.
